This Research-Standard microscope
is built to extremely

Optical performance is simply stunning, provided
by top
quality DIN Standard optics. The Planachromatic Objective
lenses provide excellent contrast with superb edge-to-edge
image definition. The microscope has an adjustable focus
tensioner and advanced features including a reversed
position nosepiece, low-position mechanical stage
controls, separate iris diaphragm built into the illuminator
condenser housing and a fully centring substage.
The powerful 20W halogen illumi-nation is adjustable via
a base-top mounted potentiometer. This series comes with
our highest recommendation.
